Putting it together:

Even though this sangria is called instant, it does require a bit of work ahead of time. The first thing you must do is take out the seeds and peels from the lime, orange and lemon. Add these to a blender, along with the other fruit, ginger ale and sugar. Don’t put in the wine yet. Mix it all up in the blender and get it to a slush-like consistency. Put this mixture into some ice cube trays and pop it into the freezer. After they are totally frozen, place all of the Sangria ice cubes into a freezer bag and keep it on hand in your freezer. Then, if you suddenly get the urge to have some sangria, all you have to do is get a glass of red or white wine and use several of the sangria ice cubes with your wine, mix and enjoy!
